Edition 2025 — Mens Alors !
The 21st edition of the Mens Alors ! festival took place from August 4 to 9, 2025, in Mens en Trièves. With a rich program blending jazz, world music, dance, theater, and participatory workshops, this edition highlighted traditional Colombian music. Over 25 artists and groups performed in various locations throughout the village.

21st Edition - Music from Colombia in the Spotlight
The 2025 edition of Mens Alors ! celebrated its 21st year of existence from August 4 to 9, 2025, confirming the unique place of this festival in the cultural landscape of Isère and France. This edition highlighted traditional Colombian music, with daily workshops led by Alejandra Charry and Thibault Cellier from the group ¡Ya Voy !, from Tuesday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The program brought together around thirty artistic offerings covering a wide spectrum of disciplines: jazz and improvised music concerts, contemporary dance performances, theatrical shows, screenings, storytelling, and shows for young audiences. Among the highlights were the rapper and poet Rocé, the trio of Egyptian singer and poet Abdullah Miniawy, the electro-acoustic collective Sarāb, the festive group Bonbon Vodou by Orianne Lacaille and JereM, and the violinist Leoni Leoni and the Quatuor Kaija.
The performances took place in the festival's emblematic venues: under the Halle, at the Temple, in the Church, outdoors at Les Sagnes, and in the village's gardens and cellars. The grand Saturday parade and the poetry aperitifs punctuated the week with moments of shared conviviality.
