Joigny Christmas Market 2025: two days of magic on December 6th and 7th
On December 6th and 7th, 2025, the town of Joigny hosted its Christmas Market on Place du 1er RVY and in the covered market. About sixty exhibitors enlivened the two days, offering crafts, original gifts, gastronomic products, and seasonal specialties.
On Saturday, December 6th, the day began with 'The Creators' Workshop' organized by La Fabrik from 3 PM to 6 PM, featuring a mulled wine and hot chocolate sale. The official inauguration of the Christmas lights took place at 5:30 PM with the special presence of Santa Claus and his singing and musical elves. The market opening followed at 6:00 PM.
On Sunday, December 7th, the market was open from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, allowing families to browse the chalets in a relaxed atmosphere. Santa's House, the carousels, and the tasting stalls — including the popular oyster and hot chestnut stalls — contributed to the animation of this festive weekend. Entry was completely free.
