The fortified town in medieval colors
The 2024 edition of the Moncontour Medieval Festival transformed the Petite Cité de Caractère into a living medieval village. The streets and alleys of the fortified town welcomed over 10,000 visitors who came to discover the medieval market, the warrior encampments at the foot of the ramparts, the jousting and chivalry arts demonstrations, the falconry shows, and the street entertainment.
