2025 Edition: Three Days of Aerial Festivity

The 2025 edition of the Montgolfiades was held from August 15th to 17th at the Fort de Charlemont, taking advantage of the August 15th weekend to offer three days of aerial spectacle. On Friday, the day of the Assumption, Charlemont opened its doors at 10:30 AM with access to the fort's activities, before the official inauguration of the launch area at 6:10 PM.

On Saturday and Sunday, morning flights took off from 6:15 AM, offering spectacular views of the fortifications and the Meuse in the dawn light. "Teddy bear baptisms" in mini hot air balloons delighted children on Saturday afternoon. The evening launch spectacle, with balloons silhouetted against the twilight sky, was the highlight of this edition.
