16th Nuit de la Chouette — 2025 Edition
For its 16th edition, which marked the 30th anniversary of the event, the Nuit de la Chouette mobilized hundreds of sites across France, including several towns in the Eure. Volunteer ornithologists from LPO Normandie led illustrated conferences on the five species of nocturnal birds of prey present in the department.
The night outings allowed participants to listen to the calls of the Tawny Owl and the Barn Owl in the Eure countryside, a unique sensory experience in the heart of the night.
