The 2025 Prehistory Festival took place in July in Tautavel with interactive workshops, demonstrations of prehistoric fire-starting, shooting with reconstructed weapons, and presentations by researchers from INRAP and partner museums.

The 2025 Prehistory Festival once again brought together families and archaeology enthusiasts in the village of Tautavel. Flintknapping workshops, spectacular fire-starting demonstrations, atlatl shooting competitions, and presentations by professional archaeologists animated this festive and free day.
