2025 Edition: The Ardennes Terroir Celebrated
The Rethel White Pudding Fair 2025 took place on Sunday, April 27th. This edition once again celebrated the charcuterie tradition of Rethel with free tastings of PGI white pudding, an Ardennes and Champagne local produce market bringing together local producers, cheese makers, beekeepers, and brewers.
