On Sunday, November 9, 2025, the Saint Martin's Fair once again took over the city center of Auxerre from 9 am to 7 pm, attracting over 25,000 visitors with free admission.

The Place de l'Arquebuse hosted about twenty local producers with cheeses (including Soumaintrain), honeys, mushrooms, oil, Chablis wines, snails, foie gras, and seasonal vegetables. The catering area delighted visitors throughout the day. The streets of Rue du Temple, Rue de Paris, and Rue d'Égleny brought together craft stands and non-resident traders, totaling over 150 exhibitors.

The 2025 edition was marked by the celebration of the 120th anniversary of AJA (Association de la Jeunesse Auxerroise), with two themed parades honoring the football club founded in 1905. The Chefs' Soup, organized by the Lions Club Auxerre Phoenix, involved eight regional chefs and raised funds for a local association. Children's entertainment — pedal tractors, farm animals, Chaource cheese tasting — completed this festive and family-friendly program.

• 9 am – 7 pm: Fair opening — Place de l'Arquebuse, Rue du Temple, Rue de Paris, Rue d'Égleny, Boulevard du 11-Novembre
