11th edition: the passion for natural wine
The 2025 edition of the Salon Au Fil du Vin took place on April 26th and 27th, 2025, confirming the success of this event for natural wine enthusiasts.
Around forty winemakers presented their vintages from organic or biodynamic agriculture, without conventional oenological inputs. Visitors appreciated the quality of the wines offered and the diversity of terroirs represented: Rhône Valley, Loire, Languedoc, Bordeaux, Alsace, Beaujolais, as well as Spanish and Italian estates.
Discussions with the winemakers provided a better understanding of the challenges of natural viticulture and allowed for the discovery of authentic vintages, true expressions of their terroir.
