The Salon du Chocolat de Lyon inaugurated its move to the Halle Tony Garnier for its 12th edition, from February 14 to 16, 2025. 63 exhibitors — chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and artisans — welcomed 17,000 visitors to this historic venue in the 7th arrondissement.
Highlights
The Pastry Show featured live demonstrations by chefs from the region. The chocolate dress fashion shows, created by couturier-chocolatier duos, offered a unique spectacle. The Junior space delighted the youngest with modeling and decoration workshops.
