2024 Edition: the book in the spotlight
The Salon du Livre de Bugeat was held on August 10, 2024, at the Foyer Rural, bringing together many writers, publishers, and literature lovers.
The day was marked by the presentation of the Georges-Emmanuel Clancier Short Story Prize at 11 am, with readings of the winning stories accompanied on the flute by Pascale Forgerit. The awarded authors shared their creative process with the public.
The creative workshops were a great success: the morning bookmark workshop and the afternoon activities for young readers allowed participants to discover the world of books in a fun way. The reading of excerpts from "Ma vie sur un plateau" by the company La Kélidône concluded this beautiful literary day.
