The 19th edition of the Salon des Vignerons Indépendants de Dijon took place from October 10-12, 2025 at the Parc des Expositions. The fair brought together hundreds of independent winemakers for three days of tasting and direct sales of wines from Burgundy, Jura, and elsewhere.
