24th Edition - 2025
The 24th edition of the Salon des Vins et de la Gastronomie took place from October 17 to 19, 2025, at the Salle Dom Pérignon in Ambonnay. With 31 stands, this edition broke attendance records. Visitors were able to discover wines from Burgundy, the Loire Valley, Bordeaux, the Rhône Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, the Southwest, and Corsica, accompanied by gastronomic products: charcuterie, foie gras, snails, farm cheeses, pastries, honey, truffles, and a seafood stand at the entrance.
