The 2025 edition of the Chocolate and Delicacies Fair was held in Colmar from October 17 to 19, 2025 (the fair alternates annually between Mulhouse and Colmar). Over 30 artisan chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and ice cream makers from the Haut-Rhin region presented their creations. Visitors could admire the artistic chocolate pieces created by apprentices from Alsace's vocational training centers, attend live demonstrations, and participate in children's pastry workshops.
