Sens Christmas Market 2025: Three Days of Enchantment in December

From Friday, December 12th to Sunday, December 14th, 2025, the Place de la République and the covered market of Sens transformed into a magical Christmas village for the new edition of the Sens Christmas Market. About fifty wooden chalets, decorated and illuminated, took over the historic heart of the city, offering visitors a warm place to stroll at the foot of the Saint-Étienne Cathedral.

The hours were as follows: Friday, December 12th, and Saturday, December 13th, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday, December 14th, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The market was accessible for free.

Artisans, independent creators, and local producers gathered to offer a wide selection of gift ideas, Christmas decorations, handmade jewelry, and original creations. The ground floor of the covered market was reserved for local producers from the Sénonais and Burgundy regions: L'Amour est dans le lait, Biscuits Paysans, Céline Coté, Les Cerfs de Bourgogne, GAEC Desmoutiers-Breton, and several wineries offering Burgundy and Chablis wines and crémants.

Santa Claus was present on Saturday, December 13th, to meet children, and the Santa Claus House, set up in a yurt on Place Drapès, opened its doors on Saturdays, December 13th and 20th, from 2 PM to 5 PM.
