The 2025 edition of the Musical Evenings at the Château de Lavoûte-Polignac took place during the first half of August, in the enchanting setting of this thousand-year-old castle overlooking the Loire.

Program

Several concerts marked this summer edition, blending classical and baroque music in the castle's historic salons and outdoors in the Renaissance gardens:

• Violin and piano recital with David Petrlik (violin) and Laurent Martin (piano) — Program: Sonata No. 1 by Saint-Saëns, Sonata No. 3 by Brahms, Rondo by Schubert
• Baroque music concert — Works by Bach, Vivaldi, and Handel
• Chamber music evening — Piano trio, works by Mozart and Beethoven

Atmosphere

Each concert was followed by a friendly gathering bringing together artists and spectators in the castle gardens, overlooking the panorama of the Loire.
