Summer Book Banquet 2025: "The Choice of Bodies"
From July 26 to August 1, 2025, the Abbey of Lagrasse celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Summer Book Banquet around the theme "The Choice of Bodies." This anniversary edition explored the multiple dimensions of our relationship with the body: ethics, identity, illness, aging, violence, racism, sport, feminism, aesthetics, migration, and the poetry of bodies.
The daily program included the Grand Breakfasts with Johan Faerber, the writing workshop with Anik April, the Cinema & Literature workshops with Christophe Pradeau and Jacques-David Ebguy, and the philosophy workshop with Mathieu Potte-Bonneville.
