The 18th edition of the Terres d'Ailleurs festival was held from November 17 to December 3, 2023, at the CinéMachecoul and CinéLegé cinemas. The festival offered a selection of films from five continents, accompanied by debates and encounters, as well as a school program for students from the Sud Retz Atlantique territory.

18th Edition — November 17 to December 3, 2023
The 2023 edition of the Terres d'Ailleurs festival offered a rich and varied film program, with films from five continents screened in the two partner cinemas in the region: CinéMachecoul and CinéLegé.
True to its mission of opening up to the world, the festival combined screenings for the general public with school screenings for students from local schools, middle schools, and high schools. The selected films were followed by debates and film encounters, allowing the audience to interact with speakers on the themes addressed.
