Triathlon de Vierzon

2024 Edition - Sunday, June 16th

The 2024 edition of the Triathlon de Vierzon took place on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at the Parc des Expositions, bringing together 280 participants across the four events. The day began at 9:00 AM with the 6-9 year old duathlon, which saw 35 young aspiring triathletes enthusiastically start the adapted course. The 10-13 year old duathlon, held at 10:00 AM, gathered 40 participants supervised by club volunteers.

The adult events attracted a strong field: 120 triathletes at the start of the Triathlon XS (including 25 relays), and 85 participants in the Triathlon S (including 15 relays). The ideal weather conditions (sunny and mild temperature) allowed the athletes to achieve excellent performances on technical and varied courses. The generous refreshments, meticulous organization, and family atmosphere were praised by the participants. The awards ceremony at 3:00 PM recognized the podium finishers in each category in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
