Edition 2025 — VVX
The 9th edition of the Volvic Volcanic Expérience will take place from May 29 to 31, 2025, during the Ascension weekend, in Volvic. The sporting program will feature seven trail races from 15 to 224 km through the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, accompanied by a festive program with concerts, a market of flavors, and activities for all.

9th Edition - May 29 to 31, 2025
The Volvic Volcanic Expérience returns for its 9th edition from May 29 to 31, 2025, taking advantage of the Ascension weekend. Runners can choose from five trail distances: 111 km (3,500 m D+), 82 km (2,700 m D+), 46 km (1,700 m D+), 24 km (790 m D+), and 15 km (450 m D+), as well as the 224 km XGTV ultra.
The festive program will include a guinguette ball with gypsy jazz, a world flavors market on Saturday in front of the church square, a small train to discover the town, creative workshops, and numerous activities for families.

- Thursday, May 29: Start of the XGTV 224 km, opening activities
- Friday, May 30: Starts of the long races, discovery train (10 am-5 pm), concert and guinguette ball
- Saturday, May 31: Starts of the short races, world flavors market (10 am-4:30 pm), workshops and family activities, award ceremony
