Angers BD 2025 - 26th Edition

The 26th edition of the Angers BD festival will be held on December 6 and 7, 2025, at the Angers Centre de Congrès. Forty-four authors will be present across all genres: Belgian comics, comics, graphic novels, and a stronger representation of manga authors, including notably Just Loui, author of Red Flower.

The public will find essential signatures such as David Étien, Kerascoët, as well as Angers locals Tony Émeriau and Boris Beuzelin. Four exhibitions are on the program, including a retrospective dedicated to David Étien, author of the official poster, and "Rivages lointains" by Anaïs Flogny, winner of the 2024 Première Bulle prize.

Two conferences are scheduled for Saturday: one on the comic "On a mangé la mer" with Olivier Martin and another on the theme of "wines and comic strips." On Sunday, family activities and the awarding of the 2025 Première Bulle prize will conclude the weekend.
