2025 Edition — Magnificent Dresden
The 2025 edition of Baroque Week in Tournus took the audience on a discovery of "Magnificent Dresden", a major center of European Baroque music in the 18th century.
Highlights
The opening concert on Sunday, July 14th, featured "Vivaldi-Handel, a Journey to Dresden" with concertos by the two Baroque masters. Renaissance and Baroque dance master-classes took place on Wednesday, July 16th, followed by musical serenades offered by the participants on Thursday, July 17th, and Friday, July 18th. The closing concert on Saturday, July 19th, concluded this musical week.
