Soup Festival 2025

The 2025 Soup Festival took place on Saturday, November 8th, in the medieval village of Charroux, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. As every year, residents and restaurateurs opened their doors to offer about forty artisanal soups to visitors.

The distribution of stoneware bowls, made by potter Nathalie Nyault, began at 5 PM. The soup tasting started at 7 PM, allowing the approximately 2,500 participants to stroll through the cobbled streets and vaulted passageways of the village, freely tasting the various culinary creations: traditional Bourbonnais soups, seasonal veloutés, original and exotic recipes.

The evening continued with a festive and musical "after-soup" gathering in the warm atmosphere of the illuminated village.
