Chés Wèpes 2025 on the Picardy Coast
For the summer of 2025, the Chés Wèpes festival once again presents its program of shows and activities in the Picard language throughout the villages of the Picardy Coast. From June to August, village squares, farmyards, and paths of the Baie de Somme host storytellers, singers, actors, and traditional game facilitators.
True to its itinerant and free spirit, the festival offers a varied program mixing tales in Picard, traditional songs, street theater, frog games, and commented heritage walks. A summer event that keeps the memory and language of the Picard region alive.
