2025 Edition: Nearly 35 Years of Tradition
The 2025 Bread Festival was held on the first weekend of August 2025 (August 2-3) in Collonges-la-Rouge, continuing a tradition of nearly 35 years. The medieval communal oven was once again brought back into operation, allowing visitors to discover the traditional wood-fired bread baking process.
Volunteers prepared and baked numerous artisanal loaves, sold to the many visitors who came to enjoy this authentic festival. The gourmet market offered a fine selection of Corrèze regional produce, while the convivial atmosphere and demonstrations allowed visitors to discover the ancestral gestures and know-how related to traditional bread making.
