Inaugural Edition 2024
On Friday, October 25, 2024, Épernay celebrated the first edition of Champagne Day in the salons of the Hôtel de Ville. Starting at 6:30 PM, chefs Philippe Mille (MOF, Michelin-starred) and Sébastien Morellon hosted an exceptional masterclass pairing haute cuisine with prestigious vintages from the AOC Champagne appellation. Participants tasted eight remarkable wines in a sumptuous setting.
