The festival grows with 9 countries represented, 14 concerts including about ten free ones, film screenings, and cultural activities on the Allées Fénelon and at the Théâtre de Cahors. Visages du Monde 2015: the edition of renewal
The 2015 edition of the Visages du Monde festival takes place from June 11 to 13, 2015 on the Allées Fénelon and at the Théâtre de Cahors. This is the last edition under this name, before the transition to "Docks It Yourself" in 2016.
An ambitious international program
The festival "grows" according to the local press, with 9 countries represented and 14 concerts, including about ten free and open-access ones. The festivities begin as early as June 9 with an off-site concert in Lherm.
Headliners
- Yael Naim (Friday, June 12): French-Israeli singer-songwriter, famous for her hit "New Soul"
- Asaf Avidan (Saturday, June 13): Israeli musician with a raspy and unique voice, between Janis Joplin and Jeff Buckley
Prices
Tickets for the evenings at the Théâtre de Cahors were offered from €5 (children under 12) to €25 (full price). Many concerts on the Allées Fénelon were free and open to all.
