1st Edition — June 2007
The first edition of the En Trans'Aisne festival took place on June 1st and 2nd, 2007 in Saint-Quentin. The concept offered a contrasting double bill: a rock side, a metal side, spread over two evenings.
Friday, June 1st was dedicated to the rock and punk side with Nevrotic Explosion, a punk rock band from Brittany, The Wild Spirits, Bunker Palace Hotel, and Needles, a pop punk band from Lille. Saturday, June 2nd shifted to the metal side with headliners Born From Pain, a Dutch hardcore/metal band recognized on the European scene, accompanied by DSK, Wild Karnivor, Aker, Forty'oz, Jamash Aya, and As It Falls.
With very accessible prices — 8 euros per day, 18 euros for the two-day pass — this inaugural edition laid the foundations for the festival and demonstrated the vitality of the rock and metal scene in northern Aisne.
