Edition 2025 — Dieppe Herring Fair
The 55th edition of the Dieppe Herring and Scallop Fair will be held on November 15th and 16th, 2025, on the port quays. The fair extends this year to Quai du Carénage and Place du Moulin-à-Vent, offering an even larger space for visitors.

55th Edition - November 15th and 16th, 2025
The 55th edition of the Herring and Scallop Fair will take over the quays of Dieppe on November 15th and 16th, 2025. New this year: the fair now extends to Quai du Carénage and Place du Moulin-à-Vent, offering an expanded route for visitors.
The program opens on Saturday at 10 am with the inauguration starting from Pont Colbert on the Pollet peninsula, accompanied by traditional groups including Les Polletais, the Brotherhood of Herring and Scallops, the Gilles de Liévin, and the Camille-Saint-Saëns conservatory's brass band.
Highlights include: a guided tour of Pollet at 10:30 am, a tasting at the Crustafrais stand at 12:30 pm, musical entertainment at 2:30 pm, a popular dance with Les Polletais from 2:30 pm to 5 pm, and a scallop shucking contest on Place du Hâble at 3:30 pm.
