Edition 2025 — Fritter Fair
The 33rd edition of the Cherry Fritter Fair was held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Fougerolles-Saint-Valbert. Parade of confraternities, induction chapter at Château Bresson, market with about fifty exhibitors, and cherry fritters all day long.

33rd Edition — 2025
The 33rd Cherry Fritter Fair took over the town center of Fougerolles-Saint-Valbert on Sunday, September 21, 2025. The day began with the welcome of the confraternities at the town hall from 8:30 AM, followed by mass at 10 AM and the parade through the streets at 11 AM.
Induction Chapter
The induction chapter of the Confraternity of Kirsch Tasters was held at 11:30 AM at Château Bresson, welcoming new members among the guardians of Fougerolles kirsch know-how.
Market and Catering
From noon onwards, about fifty exhibitors offered local products and crafts. The fair meal (barbecue, fries, and cherry fritters) was available without reservation, while a gourmet meal with a dance was held at the community hall by reservation.
