Jeu de Paume Habitat Fair: The Big Home Event in Blois

The Blois Habitat and Environment Fair has become, over the years, a major event in the Loir-et-Cher calendar. Organized every first weekend of March at the Jeu de Paume, the reference event space for the Blois urban area located on avenue de Châteaudun, this fair brings together players in the housing sector for three days of discussions, advice, and discoveries.

A Complete Overview of Housing Trades

With over 85 specialized exhibitors, the fair covers all the needs of individuals regarding housing:

  • New Construction: individual house builders, architects, design offices, real estate developers
  • Renovation and Insulation: facade renovation companies, carpenters, roofers, thermal and acoustic insulation specialists
  • Home Equipment: heating, air conditioning, renewable energies, home automation, swimming pools, and spas
  • Fitting Out and Decoration: kitchen designers, bathroom specialists, floor coverings, furniture, green spaces
  • Financing and Insurance: banks, brokers, insurers, mortgage lenders

Personalized Advice and Green Space

The fair offers visitors the opportunity to meet qualified professionals directly and obtain personalized quotes for their projects. A space dedicated to the sale of indoor plants was added in recent editions, allowing visitors to green their homes while receiving advice from specialists.

The Car and Mobility Fair

Since 2025, the Habitat Fair has been accompanied by the Car and Mobility Fair, a complementary space where local car dealerships showcase their new and used models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. This thematic extension makes the weekend a comprehensive event addressing the daily concerns of the urban area's residents.

An Event Supported by Agglopolys

The fair is organized by the Puzzle Centre agency in partnership with Agglopolys, the Blois urban community. It benefits from the support of local authorities and professional chambers in the department. Entry is free for all visitors, a deliberate choice to make the event accessible to as many people as possible and to facilitate connections between individuals and sector professionals.

An Exceptional Venue: the Jeu de Paume

The Jeu de Paume in Blois, located at 64 avenue de Châteaudun, is a versatile space that can host fairs, exhibitions, and major cultural events. Its location on the outskirts of the city, with easy car access and ample parking, makes it an ideal venue for a public fair like the Habitat Fair.
