12th edition: a quality program
The 12th edition of the Royat-Chamalières Book Fair was held on October 4th and 5th, 2025 at the Casino de Royat, preceded by an inaugural evening on Friday, October 3rd. Actor and writer Christophe Malavoy was the guest of honor for the inauguration evening at the Grand Théâtre, where he read passages from Louis-Ferdinand Céline.
About fifty authors were present for signings, readings, conversations, and round tables. The children's section was particularly rich with workshops and a drawing contest (deadline: October 25th, 2025). Admission was free.
