2025 Headliners
- Alborosie—born in Sicily, trained in Jamaica, one of the most important artists of contemporary roots reggae. His albums Escape from Babylon, 2 Times Revolution, and Specialist Presents Alborosie & the Shengen Clan established him as a global reference in the genre. On stage, he delivers a powerful and danceable performance, blending spiritual roots with irresistible riddims.
- Taïro—a key figure in French reggae, his warm voice and sunny melodies—“Mon île,” “So Easy,” “Happy People”—have won over hundreds of thousands of fans in France and Europe. His concert in La Seyne-sur-Mer was a moment of intense communion with the audience.
The DJ Scene and Local Bands
In addition to the headliners, the 2025 edition showcased numerous artists from the regional and national reggae-dancehall scene, as well as high-caliber DJ sets: dub, dancehall, tropical bass, and afrobeats animated the evenings until the early hours, allowing festival-goers to dance non-stop facing the Mediterranean.
A Community Festive Spirit
As with every edition, Couleurs Urbaines 2025 cultivated the popular and inclusive festive spirit that defines its identity.
