19th Edition: Homage to Giacomo Puccini

The 19th edition of the Festival d'Art Lyrique was held from August 12 to 15, 2024, paying homage to the great Italian composer Giacomo Puccini on the occasion of the centenary of his death. The program explored four masterpieces by the Tuscan master: La Boheme, Tosca, Madame Butterfly, and Turandot.

On August 12, a screening of the film "Femmes, je vous aime..." was offered free of charge at the Auditorium of the Atrium. On August 14, an evening discovering Puccini's four masterpieces took place at the Chateau de l'Emperi, followed on August 15 by the performance "Les Touchantes Heroines de Puccini". A photographic exhibition "Vissi d'Arte" on Giacomo Puccini accompanied the festival from August 9 to 15 at the Conservatoire du Chateau l'Emperi.
