9th edition - September 2006
For its ninth edition, the Festival de la Blanche et du Bès brought together artists and spectators around the Maison des Jeunes in Seyne-les-Alpes. The program mixed concerts of contemporary and world music, circus performances, and street entertainment, in the friendly and warm atmosphere that characterized this annual event in the valley.
Organized by the volunteers of AJBBET, this edition confirmed the festival's vitality and its unifying role in the cultural life of Haute-Provence. The audience, a mix of local families and passing visitors, enjoyed open-air musical evenings against the backdrop of the surrounding mountains.
