Flambée de Morteau 2024
From August 16 to 18, 2024, the city center of Morteau vibrated to the rhythm of La Flambée, celebrating Morteau sausage and tuyé traditions. The artisanal market brought together producers and artisans from Franche-Comté, while evening concerts enlivened the heart of the city.
Visitors could taste Morteau sausage in all its forms and discover the demonstrations of traditional tuyé smoking, this living heritage of the Haut-Doubs.
