Flambée de Morteau 2025
From August 15 to 17, 2025, La Flambée de Morteau once again celebrated Morteau sausage and the know-how of tuyé smoking. The center of Morteau came alive with a large market of regional products, concerts, and entertainment for the whole family.
The smoking demonstrations in a reconstructed tuyé allowed visitors to understand this ancestral know-how that gives Morteau sausage its unique aromas.
