Edition 2024 — Prehistory Festival

The 2024 edition of the Prehistory Festival was held on July 24th in Tautavel. 2024 Edition

The 2024 Prehistory Festival took over the village of Tautavel on July 24th. The Palais des Congrès hosted presentations from 9 am to 6 pm, while precision shooting competitions with prehistoric weapons took place from 3 pm to 6 pm on the Esplanade Claude Nougaro. The museum offered a prehistoric street art show and reconstruction workshops from 3 pm to 9 pm in the Place de la République. The day concluded with the preview screening of the documentary “Tautavel, living in Europe before Neanderthal” at 9 pm.
