The 26th edition unveils an ambitious program
The 26th edition of the Festival International Music & Cinema took place from March 24th to 29th, 2025 at the Artplexe Canebière cinema and various venues in Marseille. Nearly 80 films were presented in competition — 64 short films and 11 feature films — for a total of over 120 screenings and associated events.
The guests of honor for this edition were director Boris Lojkine, British composer Jocelyn Pook (known for her collaboration with Stanley Kubrick on Eyes Wide Shut), and Icelandic composer Atli Örvarsson. Among the highlights, three exceptional cine-concerts were programmed, including a Hitchcock cine-concert with the film The Lady Vanishes accompanied by the Orchestre National Avignon-Provence at the MUCEM on April 11th.
