The 2025 edition of the Festival ]interstice[ took on exceptional scope as part of the Millennium of Caen, running from April 25 to December 21, 2025, with residencies, exhibitions, international carte blanche events, and a celebration of the festival's 20th anniversary.
Festival ]interstice[ 2025 — Millennium Edition
The 2025 edition took on exceptional scope as part of the Millennium of Caen. From April 25 to May 11, the festival presented creations from six residencies and a range of audiovisual and digital works produced in Caen. From June to November, the Écuries Lorge hosted "carte blanche" events given to historical international artists and partners of the festival (Canada, Scotland, Netherlands, Belgium).
From December 4 to 21, the festival offered two exhibition routes and two sound walks, accompanied by performances, concerts, shows, and talks. The program concluded with an event marking the publication of a book on the 20 years of the festival and the screening of a documentary.
