Edition 2025 — Jeunes Bobines
The 36th edition of the Festival Jeunes Bobines was held from February 26 to March 4, 2025, at Le Cairn in Lans-en-Vercors, on the theme "Celestial." With a universe with its head in the stars, milky ways, shooting stars, and imaginary worlds, this edition offered 8 feature films and 8 short films in competition, previews, workshops, and a rich program for young and old.

36th Edition - Celestial: Heads in the Stars
The 2025 edition of the Festival Jeunes Bobines invited its audience to look up at the sky with a dreamlike theme: "Celestial". Le Cairn transformed into a cosmic universe populated by shooting stars, milky ways, and imaginary worlds, immersing festival-goers in a poetic and enchanting atmosphere.
The program included a demanding selection of films from around the world, highlighting young cinematic talents and stories full of dreams, adventure, and emotion. The official competition featured 8 feature films and 8 short films, each accompanied by a short film screened beforehand, allowing the audience to discover the richness of international cinematic creation.
Highlights of the Edition
Among the highlights of this stellar edition, the audience enjoyed preview screenings, the "Petites Bobines" section for children aged 3 to 6, a family dance party under the stars, light shows, immersive exhibitions, and numerous workshops to discover the behind-the-scenes of filmmaking: stop-motion, green screen, optical toys, and dubbing.
Students from local schools presented their own stop-motion animated short films, the result of educational work carried out throughout the year. An escape game, a gastronomic space "Papilles & Bobines", and activities at the media library completed this week full of discoveries.
