The 4th edition of the Festival Joyeuse Escale was held from May 28 to June 1, 2025, coinciding with the Ascension weekend. For four days, the village of Joyeuse transformed into a global stopover with 30 screening sessions featuring about twenty films by travelers shot in the four corners of the planet.

The festival hosted 21 authors of travelogues and graphic novels, who came to share their adventures and sign their works. The photographic exhibitions, displayed in various locations in the village, offered a visual journey through landscapes and cultures from around the world. Shows, concerts, workshops on travel, and round tables completed a rich and varied program, true to the festival's spirit of openness and discovery.
