10th edition: Literature and rural worlds
The Festival Littérature au Centre celebrated its 10th edition from March 25 to 30, 2025 in Clermont-Ferrand. This anniversary edition was dedicated to “Literature and rural worlds”, under the honorary presidency of Marie-Hélène Lafon, president of the 51st Prix du Livre Inter.
The festival explored the representation of rural worlds in French and foreign literature, questioning issues of habitat, landscapes, uses, and ecology through the eyes of authors, historians, sociologists, and scientists. Documentary films, exhibitions, concerts, and performance readings completed the program.
