Embrun Medieval Festival 2025 — 14th Edition
The 14th edition of the Embrun Medieval Festival took place on August 21st and 22nd, 2025, from 10 am to 11 pm, in the historic center. The grand medieval market brought together over 40 artisans and producers in the pedestrian streets.
The medieval encampment on the Place de la Mairie offered sword fighting demonstrations, crafts (leather, weaving), and tournaments for children. Magical parades with giant puppets, stilt walkers, and musicians traversed the streets, while immersive shows on medieval justice and satirical tales captivated the audience.
Family workshops — coin minting, archery, giant wooden games — delighted the younger ones. An equestrian training show and an evening fire show concluded each day in a magical atmosphere.
