4th edition of the Festival of Country Churches in Puylaurens in July-August 2025. Five traveling concerts on summer Thursdays in the small rural churches of Puylaurentais: classical, jazz, and Celtic music in heritage buildings of the Tarn. Festival of Country Churches 2025 – 4th edition
From July to August 2025, Puylaurentais vibrated to the rhythm of the 4th edition of the Festival of Country Churches. Five traveling concerts, one each summer Thursday, led the public to discover the small rural churches of the canton of Puylaurens in the Tarn. Each evening offered a different musical program—classical music, acoustic jazz, or Celtic music—in a different heritage religious building, creating as many unique encounters between live music and stone architecture. These intimate concerts, in naves that could accommodate a few dozen spectators, offered exceptional listening experiences in historically rich locations, contributing to the valorization of the rural heritage of the Lauragais tarnais.
