Edition 2025 — Andryes Snail Festival
2025 edition of the Andryes Snail Festival, on July 13th. From 7:30 PM in the village square: generous food with Burgundy snails cooked in the Burgundy style, local goat cheeses, fries, and grilled meats. Torchlight procession from the town hall at 10:30 PM, fireworks at 11 PM, and an evening hosted by a DJ. A popular and convivial festival on the eve of July 14th in Puisaye-Forterre.

Andryes Snail Festival 2025
On July 13, 2025, the village square of Andryes once again echoed with laughter and the aromas of parsleyed butter for the annual Fête de l'Escargot. From 7:30 PM, residents and visitors gathered around the outdoor tables to share the specialties of the Burgundy terroir: the unmissable Burgundy snails cooked in the Burgundy style, goat cheeses from local farms in Puisaye-Forterre, crispy fries, and generous grilled meats. The drink stand offered local products from Auxerrois to accompany the meal.
The evening reached its festive peak with the torchlight procession at 10:30 PM, a luminous and warm procession that brought together young and old in the alleys of the old village of Andryes. The procession of lanterns and torches created a magical atmosphere in the village before the fireworks display, set off at 11:00 PM, illuminated the Puisaye sky in a spectacular finale of lights and colors. Musical entertainment extended the celebration into the evening, allowing the most energetic to dance under the stars until the early hours.
