Edition 2025 — Festival of the Snail
The 9th edition of the Festival of the Snail was held on February 22 and 23, 2025, in Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur. Gourmet village, parade of brotherhoods, culinary demonstrations by chef Takashi Kinoshita and Florent Colombo (specialist in œufs en meurette), workshops by Chef Moutarde Jérémy Pernet.

The 9th edition of the Festival of the Snail animated Chevigny-Saint-Sauveur on February 22 and 23, 2025. The gourmet village brought together more than 30 exhibitors. Culinary demonstrations by Michelin-starred chef Takashi Kinoshita and Florent Colombo (specialist in œufs en meurette) were the highlights. Chef Moutarde (Jérémy Pernet) led workshops for everyone.
