First edition of the Festival OFF d'Arles, from July 1st to September 30th, 2024. A new event for emerging and independent photography, entirely free, alongside the Rencontres de la Photographie.

Birth of the Festival OFF

The first edition of the Festival OFF d'Arles took place from July 1st to September 30th, 2024, alongside the 55th edition of the Rencontres de la Photographie. Organized by the association La Kabine, this new festival took over galleries, alternative venues, and urban spaces in Arles to offer a rich and bold panorama of emerging photography.

Entirely free and open to all, the OFF laid the foundation for an event that transforms Arles into an accessible creative playground, encouraging experimentation and dialogue around contemporary images.
