Edition 2025 — Fête de l'Aïoli
The 2025 Fête de l'Aïoli was organized by the Commanderie d'Alsace des Anysetiers in Colmar. Guests gathered around a Grand Provençal Aïoli — cod, seasonal vegetables, and garlic sauce — accompanied by Alsatian wines, in a musical and convivial atmosphere. The proceeds were donated to the Order's charitable causes.

Fête de l'Aïoli 2025
The 2025 edition of the Fête de l'Aïoli brought together members and friends of the Commanderie d'Alsace des Anysetiers for a Grand Aïoli served outdoors in Colmar. Desalted cod, seasonal vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, and homemade aïoli sauce made up the Provençal feast, accompanied by a selection of Alsatian wines.
Musical entertainment punctuated this day of conviviality, the proceeds of which were entirely donated to the philanthropic activities of the Ordre International des Anysetiers.
