57th Fête de la Choucroute - 2025 Edition

The 57th edition of the Fête de la Choucroute was held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, in Geispolsheim, on the theme 'Outdoor trades of yesteryear'. Local associations created floats illustrating old outdoor professions, parading through the village streets from 3 PM.

The morning flea market, exhibitions in farmyards, and musical entertainment marked the day, while traditional sauerkraut was served at Espace Malraux for lunch and dinner.
